KOONIEZ is manufactured in Los Angeles, California. While the fabric used is sourced externally, all cutting and sewing processes are done in-house.

What Size should I get?

KOONIEZ pants are designed to fit true to size and come with a waistband that has a bit of stretch for added comfort. To ensure you select the right size, please refer to our size guide located beneath the available sizes on the product page for the exact measurements.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

We make sure to fulfill all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Once you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation email to let you know we've received it. Then, once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we'll send you another email with your tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package.

What shipping providers do you use?

For orders within the USA, we use USPS and UPS. And for international orders, we use either UPS or DHL.
