Best Low Calories Snacks for Weight Loss

The foods that I am going to list out are great snacks because they are incredibly low in calories! You can fill up on these weight loss snack foods without feeling the guilt.

1. Celery​

Celery is the first on my list because it is high in water and fiber. Fiber is great at making you feel full for longer periods of time. It is very high in antioxidants, has ​s anti-inflammatory health benefits, and high in vitamin K.
