A lack of sleep is one of the biggest issues we can all experience.

A lack of sleep can impact our health and increase the risk of heart disease and cancer, but of course, it can make us miserable.

We have to make sure that if we struggle to sleep in silence or falling asleep is an issue, we've got to deal with these.

You need to look at the real reasons you're tired.

Because if you're going to bed at a good time, you may need to go to bed earlier.

But also, if you are sleeping too much, this might be the symptom of an underlying illness that has gone undiagnosed. It's important to go to the doctor to gain insight into this.

But for many of us, the reality is that we are just doing too much.

If you are constantly on the go, and you are in and out of your car, working irregular hours, it's hardly a surprise that you are feeling exhausted.

You could argue that this is just the way life is, but you need to be aware of the long-term repercussions.

You need to pinpoint the root cause because it could be illness, lifestyle, or many different factors.

Suppose you have been able to pinpoint every single aspect of your sleep issues.

We can all view sleep as an inconvenience because there's so much to do in life!

Sleep is not something that we can do automatically anymore. Because we have a lot of distractions in the physical world and in our minds.

And this is where, if we lack sleep, we have to come at it with a more comprehensive approach.
